Late

Well, no matter which due date you pick, I am now most definitely overdue. Sigh. Perhaps this little guy overheard Brooklyn's dramatic "I'm having a TOUGH life" and decided to stay put for awhile.

Strangely enough, after some lengthy and uncomfortable periods of false labor, I've decided that pregnancy is tough, but labor is tougher. If our little man decides to hang out a bit longer, at least I'll get to procrastinate the inevitable.

We'll keep you posted!

Having walked where you walk today, I totally empathize. I'd say hang in there, but knowing you have no choice in the matter, I will simply say we love you and are keeping you in our prayers as we all await the good news. Maybe he's just waiting to come with his cousin (bite my tongue! that won't be until Friday). - Auntie J

Try to keep smiling Milkweed! Remember I love you and am praying for a safe and happy pregnancy ending for you, and a wonderful new mortality beginning for our first grandson. Eternity is a long while ... try to find a way to enjoy this uncomfortable end/start time. New beginnings are so special. I'd like to assure you this is the only time you will ever be required to wait for the little guy, but -- both of us know better.

Oh ... and as I should have added to the end of my last "anonymous" posting, "At least you know where the new baby boy is right now."

We love you- enjoy the "quiet" moments while he's still inside, but we do hope things go quickly and smoothly for you!
