Crazy Cecrets

Our house is always a bit of crazy.  You just never know what you will find when you walk in the door.  Deliver a Penzey's Spice box, and the next day you could be greated by a pony.

Or some quarreling bananas.

Join us for a neighborhood block party, and you might end up with some Crazy Colorful hair.  Also, note that only the toy horse is riding in the wagon.

On the positive side, there might be yummy treats and a fun ball pit.

Jason's style is a bit more earthy.  He's been digging lots of holes in the hopes of fixing our sprinkler system and redoing our lawn.  It may be a while, but we'll get there eventually.

If you hang out with us, we might take you on a crazy hike... 

...with a crazy long rope swing.  For this hike, we met up with Jason's high school friend Corinda and her family to explore the Deuel Creek trail in Farmington.  Corinda, her husband Matt, and their five awesome kids now live in Hyde Park.

As for the rope swing, it's fun for all ages!

Speaking of adventures, here we are sharing the secret of Cecret Lake with the Wilhoits.

Turns out this was Jason's first trek to the top as well!

The water level was a little low, but the tiger salamanders were there by the hundreds.

Alta certainly looks different in summer than during ski season!

Callie brought the most delicious mozzarella sandwiches, but Anders seemed to enjoy the Doritos most.
