Fall leaves and Dear Evan Hansen

Blogging today is different!  I’m blogging from my phone (boo—I’m terribly slow and awkward at typing on my device.)  But, it’s the only option because I’m blogging from the school bus  I ride the bus for an hour with my client, and it’s a good way to pass the time as I watch his oxygenation levels and listen for alarms.

So Wednesday was crazy busy—I started the day running with Julie  By the time we finished, the sky was growing light and you could see the beautiful fall colors.

The rest of the day was filled with appointments and Zoom calls, including our very first visit with a financial planner  Blech.  A little late, we know, but better now than never  I squeezed in a Bar Flow class (I have a 30-day promotional membership), improvised a pretty tasty savory French toast dinner, then headed to the theater with Eli and Annika  Callie, NomiAnn and I saw Dear Evan Hansen at the Pioneer Theater Company last week. The message was so powerful that I wanted to come back with the rest of the family.

It took a couple of days, but we all made it (except for Brooklyn.)  Last night Talia took the Front Runner up from Provo and went with Jason while I was at a youth activity

Still, the BEST part of my day yesterday came at 10pm when Talia walked in the door.  Gosh, the house feels happy when more kids come home.  Just imagine what it will be like when Brooklyn is here too!

Zion was so silly.  He laid on my legs and gnawed his toy for a full hour.  What a time waster!  Still, it felt pretty lovely to gather all together.

So glad for the recharge! I work a 16 hour day today, so I’m gonna need it.
