It's back! February is here, and Run Swim Bike Cook is officially underway for 2016. This year I'm delighted to co-host the Ironman meets Ironchef event with Christy. It took some gentle prodding from my sister-in-law to get my bones (or should I say buns) moving, but I'm excited to hit the pool, pavement, and kitchen.
We'll be back soon with more details, but in the meantime, dust off your running shoes, air out that swim suit, dig out that bike helmet, and brush off your apron. Whether you're in a snowy Nebraska winterland or balmy California dreamland, the fun is about to begin.
