Forever December

So...this post was SUPPOSED to finally feature all the fun family that came to visit for Christmas, but I discovered yet more photos of pre-gaming fun.  And food.  Because really, Christmas seems to always be about food.  Thanks to many for all the tasty neighbor gifts.

This guy here, Zizheng, adores food.  Originally from China, Zizheng now works for ASSIST.  Jason and his coworkers had a fun time introducing him to a Brazilian churrascaria.  Always equipped with a great sense of humor, Zizheng asked it they could paint both sides of the stick green.

Here's Zizheng again at some staff Minute-to-Win-It games.

Jen seems to have the M&M drop mastered.

To quote Jason's text about this photo: "Zizheng is embarrassed by Andres's pathetic performance at stacking cups."

Next up: ice skating at the Gallivan Center.  Sort of.  We tried to go at 8:00 pm on a Friday night, but it was SOOO busy.  We finally gave up and went back home for some hot cocoa.

Talia made sure to photobomb this couple photo before we left.  Love our gal!

Brooklyn can be equally obnoxious--in a delightful way, of course.  Here she is with her friend Paige, mocking her father for taking pictures of everything and everyone.

These photos all come from an amazing youth Christmas party, hosted by the Shepherds in their extraordinary Christmas home.

Whatever is going on here must be shockingly funny.

White elephant gift exchange.  Ben Keddington made an ornament with his face on it!

This beauty got stolen from Claire and ended up at our house.  I think I should leave it in the bishop's office as comic relief for those in need of a Kleenex.

Coming soon to the blog-o-sphere: Christmas!  (Maybe I can beat Valentine's Day?)

Nice ... and, congratulations for catching up even though you have so many other irons in the fire.
